David S. Cohen is a creative start-up veteran experienced in defining technology vision and product strategy for software and service companies in a wide range of industries. His entrepreneurial mindset and practical approach have led to the successful launch of numerous products and services including: unified messaging, web-based access to personal health-care information, alerting and notification applications, content transformation for wireless devices, mobile applications for CRM and SFA, VoiceXML-based IVR infrastructure services, and ruggedized solutions for field service. Cindy Light

Cindy Light –13 years ago, Cindy Light emigrated from her native China to America not knowing a single person or how to speak a word of English. All she had were four simple things: one small suitcase, two hard working hands and a heart filled with American dreams. Today, she is the CEO of CL professional Image firm, successful, a certified image consultant, a professional speaker, and the author of an upcoming book about Chinese culture and its impact on American business.

Cindy graduated at age 19 from Beijing University. She started her career as an assistant professor of philosophy in Hangzhou Business University. Then she become a marketing and PR director for a big company that near by Hong Kong. Later, she was hand-picked by the Chinese Government to be a policy consultant helping foreigners set up their business in China.

Life in the United States

Despite her impressive accomplishments in China, setting out in the U.S. not knowing a word of English was not easy. However, while growing up with her grandmother, a master-tailor in Shanghai, she learned how to sew and design clothes when she was only five years old.

In 1999, she started her first business “Cindy’s Sewing and Design Studio” at her home in Atlanta. She designed and hand-crafted suits, dresses, home decor and even matching outfits for people and their dogs! Her work quickly attracted discerning people in the South-East.

Next, with improving English skills, she started to teach sewing, design and dress-making classes in local fabric stores. Soon, she was invited by clubs, corporations, and organizations to teach people how to dress right for their business and personal life. She had a flair for suggesting how to put together a powerful, beautiful and professionally appropriate wardrobe without spending a fortune.

In 2007, Cindy was hired as a speaker for the Association of Image Consultants International Conference.

Following her success as a speaker, Cindy found the National Speakers Association website.

Early 2008, She signed up for the NSA Pro-Track program to be a professional speaker. In the last two years, Cindy has hosted over 85 seminars in Atlanta, San Francisco and China.

She has been a speaker for corporations, schools and organizations, and has been featured at various international conferences. “Making you Shine: Dressing Tips to Showcase Your Inner Beauty” is one of her key topics.

Cindy combines her extensive knowledge of fashion, deep influence of Chinese philosophy and a passion to help people look their best to deliver a unique, inspirational message. Cay Gliebe

Cay Gliebe is VP, Sales and Marketing for NorthgateArinso, and is responsible for leading global HRO opportunities and growing the US market.  She has more than 10 years of experience with both large and mid-size global companies designing solutions for multiple HR processes, and assisting companies with improving HR service delivery.  Cay is viewed as a Thought Leader in the market place speaking at and leading industry events.

Cay recently returned to NorthgateArinso after serving with Convergys Corporation’s HR Management business.  While at Convergys, she served as both a global solutions architect and one of two global sales leaders.  Cay was a key member of the sales team securing an industry leading HR BPO contract.  Prior to joining Convergys, Cay spent three years at Arinso where she was VP, HR Strategy and Business Consulting for the Americas and Asia/Pacific.  In this role, she participated in several HR transformation projects and HR Outsourcing engagements for large-scale companies. She was instrumental in the definition and transformation of HR strategies. Before joining Arinso, Cay worked for Sears, Roebuck and Company, where she held multiple line of business and HR leadership roles.

Cay’s HR strategy experience originates with her many years of experience in the top HR job for large companies where she designed and delivered people strategies that drove successful business growth.  Her HR service delivery experience includes the design of in-sourced and outsourced HR shared service centers for both US and international corporations, as well as a strong background in process improvement based on both total quality management and Six Sigma methodologies.
